Istanbul Fertilizer Industry Inc. Co. (IGSAS) was founded in 1971 in one of the most strategic points of the Marmara Region. Providing Turkish agriculture and industry with the products Turkish growers and industrialists need, through both production and importation, IGSAS is one of the biggest industrial companies in Turkey today.

IGSAS, products of which are delivered to all agricultural regions in Turkey, was incorporated by Yildizlar Yatirim Holding in 2004 through privatization. Based on the needs of Turkish agriculture and industry, IGSAS produces urea, composite fertilizers, nitrated fertilizers, special and specific drip irrigation fertilizers, UAN, ammoniac, IGSAS, prilled porous ammonium nitrate, dilute nitric acid, concentrated nitric acid and nitrate solution in its production plants located in Kocaeli, Kutahya, Antalya and Samsun.

Presenting a rising level of success year by year, IGSAS is one of the top three fertilizer producers in Turkey. IGSAS supports Turkish agriculture with the fertilizers it produces and contributes to Turkish economy by creating employment.
